You will learn how the face reflects the internal organs, circulation, fluids, and emotional holding patterns. The workshop focuses on gentle techniques to release tension in the jaw, eyes, and forehead, support lymphatic flow, and encourage healthy blood circulation to the skin.You will leave with a simple daily ritual to calm the nervous system, reduce facial tension, and support natural radiance.The course will be offered in English.
